World Cuisines Culinary Art Classes will take you to a different part of the world each week with wonderful tastes. People from six different countries present three of their famous dishes each week at Atlas Foundation. At the seventh week we will have all the countries showcasing and selling the dishes they made for the class. All the proceeds from the sale will be donated to one of the homeless shelters in town.
